Welcome to TSGS Connect, the official digital campus platform operated by The San Global School ("TSGS", "the School", "we", "us", or "our"), located in Hanumantha Nagar, Ramanagara, Karnataka (CBSE Affiliation No. 831023).
By accessing or using the TSGS Connect website (at https://tsgs.sidhanthkumar.com), mobile application, or any associated digital academic tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. User Eligibility and Accounts
Access to TSGS Connect is granted exclusively to students, parents, guardians, faculty members, and authorized administrative staff of The San Global School.
- Account Verification: Accounts are provisioned and verified through school admission records or authenticated single-sign-on (SSO) with authorized email addresses.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notification of Unauthorized Use: You must promptly notify the school administration if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
2. Permitted Use & Code of Conduct
TSGS Connect is dedicated to supporting educational, administrative, and communication workflows within the school community. Users agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful academic and school-related purposes.
- Communicate respectfully in direct messaging, announcements, and classroom forums.
- Refrain from transmitting defamatory, abusive, offensive, or harassing content.
- Never attempt to probe, scan, or compromise platform security, reverse engineer backend APIs, or bypass Row-Level Security permissions.
- Protect the privacy of fellow students, teachers, and staff members.
3. Academic Content and Intellectual Property
- School Materials: All study decks, NCERT curriculum documents, 3D science simulations, logos, and institutional crests are the intellectual property of The San Global School or licensed content providers.
- Personal Use: Academic materials may only be viewed, annotated, and downloaded for personal educational purposes. Commercial distribution or unauthorized copying is prohibited.
- Student Submissions: Students retain ownership of their homework submissions and creative work while granting the school permission to evaluate and store records as part of academic assessments.
4. Communication & Notifications
By registering on TSGS Connect, parents and students consent to receive essential school communications, including:
- Daily period-by-period attendance status and absence alerts.
- Academic report cards, exam timetables, and teacher feedback.
- Emergency alerts and real-time school bus transportation updates.
- Institutional fee invoices, payment receipts, and balance reminders.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your personal information.
6. Termination of Access
The School reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to TSGS Connect for any user who violates these Terms, graduates, withdraws from the institution, or ceases employment with The San Global School.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our digital services, school policies, or applicable laws. Continued use of the Service following any updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
